FE'ISM
FE'ISM is a shoe line that was created in 2020. Our owner felt this was an important venture to pursue due to her own lower extremity challenges caused while serving our nation. Faced with the hard realization that she could no longer wear certain types of shoes, she embarked on a mission to make the shoes that she couldn't find. There are many women who feel less than, because of the inability to wear heels, or more trendy shoes. There is a need for shoes that exude confidence, look amazing and feel great to those that face chronic medical issues with their feet and ankles. As a US Army veteran our founder understood the assignment; it's not about the shoe, it's always about the woman whose wearing the shoe. Our women in uniform are coming home from the battlefield, carrying the wounds of war The struggle of transition hits harder for our wounded women veterans that come return with injuries that affect them mentally and physically. The luxury of having a pair of shoes that don't make them feel insecure, provide comfort and are stylish is what all women want, especially the wounded. FE'ISM's mission is to find a manufacture that will assist in the execution of making versatile, fashionable shoe for those that can't wear mainstream footwear.

Motivated Black Underestimated Man
The black man is thought to be going extinct. He is thought to be so engulfed in self-hate and ignorance, that it is said, the black man will not survive. Society has said the black man is unmotivated. We say society has underestimated the black man. We chose the name carefully, sticking with the theme of the parent company, "Never judge a book by its cover". There are beautiful amazing things wrapped or hidden in the dirt.
The struggle that many young black men face before the age of 15, is steady growing at alarming rate. We are faced with a problem that denotes the positiveness of one select group of individuals. The higher powers have shown us that it doesn't matter if a man of color is rich or poor, If he is highly educated or ignorant, if he is a saint or a devil, he will still be feared, underrated under-recognized and most of all, underestimated.
Our goal within this project is not only to raise awareness about the hostilities against black youth and men, but we strive to repair the relationships with the black communities. , especially when it comes to our young kings. The only way we can even begin to mend any relationships, families or communities we must give proper attention to each male we encounter as individuals. SistaLadiFriend as a woman owned business fees it is our duty to support black men. It is our duty to uplift them , love and groom them, so that they can grow in a manner that they can reciprocate love. Only black men and women can fix the issues within our community. We will lead in this challenging task. One pen at a time, we are committed to healing the wounds caused by centuries of abuse, neglect, misunderstanding and intentional mistreatment to keep men of color oppressed. It is time for the leaders to come forth and take up position to assist us in turning the youth back to black excellence. It is our hope to have an institution where we can educate our youth in the manner deemed fit with the current times and the fast approaching future.
